Once you have made your choice of an SEO Sherpa package you will need to place an order via our checkout. Simply click on the signup button beneath the package description then enter your name and email address in the pop-up form and you will then be redirected to Paypal or our secure merchant facility where you should submit your payment. Once your payment has been accepted you will receive a notification via email and an invitation to join our VIP newsletter.
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will assign you a dedicated Account Manager who will coordinate with you via email. After verifying important information about the project we will then proceed with the discovery phase.
Based on your initial input we will research your market to determine the most appropriate key phrases to target. We base our research on Google’s own search data and use specialist tools. Upon our findings, we will present to you a list of recommended phrases, advise you of how many searches each phrase gets along with a study that will assess your website’s ability to rank for each phrase.
We will also conduct a thorough audit of your website and identify any issues to be addressed that are affecting your site’s SEO.
In order to make the most of the off-site promotion, we need to optimise your website’s pages so they are relevant for the keywords we are targeting. In order to do this, we need to make some minor changes to the website content and code. If you do not have access to your sites admin panel and hosting please be prepared to request that from your website manager. We will require these logins to conduct on-site SEO and to address any issues identified in our audit.
Off Site Promotion
The first thing we do is create profiles and content for your project. After submitting that to you we allow you 48 hours to review and approve the content which might include articles, videos, infographics or press releases depending on the package. Due to the impeccable standards, we place on content quality and monitoring, 99% of our clients choose to auto approve content from month 2 onwards. This ensures the fastest implementation and results and ensures close to zero admin is required on your part.
From time to time we may require specialist source material such as pictures and logos. We will aim to gather this stock once and save it to your project.
Each month we will provide you with performance report that will detail the amount of impressions, clicks and rankings generated from your SEO campaign. Should you wish to view traffic and website visitor data you can login anytime to your Google Analytics campaign dashboard.
Our Commitment To You
In the unlikely event that the ranking of at least one of your phrases has not increased during that time, or the clicks to your website from organic search have not increased we will allocate additional resources for free until your site’s SEO improves.
Cancelling Your Package
After the initial minimum 6 month period you can stop the subscription any time you like by logging into your own Paypal account and selecting ‘subscriptions’ then cancel or by requesting us to pause recurring billing. Most clients stay with us much longer than 6 months, and we are confident that when our packages multiply your website traffic you will stay a long time too.
