Profit share
When the company does well, so will you. From 8% to 15% of yearly net profits get shared amongst the team members – you included.

We ensure you are paid well for the work you do. Our fairness formula uses Dubai salary levels as a baseline and adjusts to your cost of living (if you are remote) and experience.

Retreats
The SEO Sherpa team joins up for a company-wide get-together once per year!
