Veravo Media is the holding company that owns and operates the SEO Sherpa brand. James Reynolds established the company in 2010. It operates under the legal trading entity of Veravo Media FZ LLC in the United Arab Emirates and Veravo Media PTE LTD in Singapore.

The Foundation of a Search Giant

With a deep-rooted passion for digital growth and a background in scaling businesses, James Reynolds aided by some early mentors, launched Veravo in Dubai. Originally founded as a specialist consulting firm, we set out with a singular mission: to help businesses navigate the then-emerging world of online marketing and turn their websites into high-performance sales engines.

Unifying the Powerhouses

As our expertise grew, so did our specialized service lines. In 2013, we officially launched Veravo Media as the umbrella brand for our market-leading agencies, SEO Sherpa and ClickJam. This move unified our SEO and Google Ads (PPC) specialists under one roof, providing our clients with a holistic “search everywhere” strategy that focused on one thing: maximum ROI.

Leading the Industry Conversation

Our commitment to the industry was cemented when James Reynolds was named Chairman of The Search Exchange, the Middle East’s first-ever dedicated search engine marketing conference. In the same year, James launched the Traffic Jam podcast, which went on to rank among the top three Apple podcasts in Business and Marketing in the Middle East. By interviewing marketing leaders such as Neil Patel, Perry Marshall, and Rand Fishkin, we defined the marketing conversation across the entire region. Jame also shared the Global stage with icons like Michael Gerber and Chris Brogan, setting a Guinness World Record for the longest online seminar.

Scaling the Walls of Dubai Media City

We moved into our first physical office in Dubai Media City as our team grew past 10 full-time specialists. This year, Veravo’s reputation for excellence attracted world-class brands, adding HSBC Bank, Zain Telecom, JA Resorts, Kotex, and Isuzu to our roster. To cap off the year, James Reynolds was invited to contribute his expertise to Forbes and Entrepreneur.com, cementing Veravo as a thought leader on the global stage.

The Great Expansion

We accelerated our growth by acquiring SEOPartner.com, instantly adding dozens of clients to the Veravo roster. This expansion saw our team surge past 35 people, allowing us to bring 100% of our service delivery in-house for total quality control. We also hosted our first-ever live event featuring marketing legend Perry Marshall and earned our first features in MOZ and Search Engine Land, the “Gold Standards” of industry publications.

A milestone year for the brand. James Reynolds was honored as the MENA Search Personality of the Year for his outstanding contributions to the industry.
