The Serious
Sofiko studied international relations and affairs at the International Black Sea University — which is exactly where she developed her fondness for negotiations. While still in university, she started freelancing in link building and outreach, which led to a full-time role at uSERP, a high-authority link-building agency serving top global SaaS brands like monday.com, Freshworks, and Hotjar.
At uSERP, Sofiko rose quickly from PR/SEO account specialist to senior outreach specialist, managing a 900+ member partner community and improving placement and response rates by 56%. That foundation brought her to SEO Sherpa — the #1 globally awarded SEO agency — where she now leads partner marketing.
At SEO Sherpa, Sofiko owns the full partner ecosystem: from co-marketing campaigns with brands like Surfer, Hunter.io, and Accuranker, to building the Agency Owners Club community from the ground up, and launching an affiliate program end-to-end — working closely with the SEO Sherpa CEO, James. She’s grown SEO Sherpa’s recurring partner base by 120% in 7 months — and she’s just getting started.
The Fun
Sofiko LOVES socializing and networking. Her ENFJ-A personality shows in her everyday life. You’ll frequently find her at local networking events, and you’ll find her constantly active on LinkedIn. She loves spending time with loved ones, cooking, singing, going to the gym, and traveling. It’s confirmed; she’s fun to talk to and be with.
She’s also kind. She’s willing to understand why people act the way they do, but she won’t tolerate everything and has firm boundaries. If she could, she would like to have the power to heal, physically and mentally, because she thinks everyone deserves a chance to experience life at its best.
By the way, khashi is the weirdest food she’s eaten, and she doesn’t recommend you try it (and now you’re curious, of course). She also wouldn’t ever try octopus or snails—so, guess no takoyaki or escargot for Sofiko. 🙂
