When Organic Foods & Café partnered with us, they needed help scaling their online sales and improving conversion rates. Their PPC campaigns weren’t performing as expected, and they struggled to generate a consistent return on ad spend (ROAS). With a shrinking summer budget, the stakes were high. Their goal was to double paid purchases and hit AED 750,000 in revenue within eight months, but they were far from achieving these targets.

We implemented a focused, multi-layered PPC strategy designed to overcome these challenges. Despite budget constraints, our campaigns exceeded expectations, driving a 212% increase in purchase conversions and boosting revenue by 196%. The conversion rate surged from 0.85% to 5.72%, and ROAS rose by 465%, helping Organic Foods & Café generate AED 1,508,032 in just eight months.

Our first priority was to restructure Organic Foods & Café’s PPC campaigns, focusing on the key markets of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We set up separate search campaigns in English and Arabic, tailoring the messaging to local audiences. To fill keyword gaps and increase traffic, we launched category-specific Dynamic Search Ads (DSAs). We also rolled out promotion-specific campaigns to make the most of limited budgets during peak seasons.

Managing the manual product feeds posed challenges, especially with over 1,000 SKUs requiring frequent updates. We developed custom labels to organize products, ensuring quick adjustments to pricing and stock levels. This helped maintain ad relevance and accuracy, even with limited office hours during weekends.

Budget constraints in the summer forced us to rethink our strategy. We shifted resources to the top-performing campaigns, maximizing their impact while reducing spend on less effective ones. By the end of the campaign, Organic Foods & Café had exceeded their revenue goal, reaching AED 1,508,032, proving that with the right strategy, even a limited budget can deliver exceptional results.
